Public participation for this meeting will be available by both in-person attendance and teleconference.
In-Person Attendance - Due to physical distancing requirements, public seating is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Current COVID-19 safety protocols require all persons entering City facilities to wear a face covering at all times, maintain physical distancing, and be subject to a temperature check and COVID-19 symptom screening.
Teleconference - Members of the public may observe the meeting by telephone or online. This information will be available on the meeting agenda.
