How to Participate
This regular meeting starts at 6:30 p.m., but is preceded by a study session on the 2024-2027 City Council Strategic Plan. Public participation is available both in person and remotely (through a webinar link and/or by telephone call). 

• In Person –  South Coast Air Quality Management District - 21865 Copley Drive. The study session will be held starting at 5:30 p.m. in Room CC-08. The regular meeting takes place inside the auditorium starting at 6:30 p.m.

How to Provide Public Comment
Public comment may be provided by attending the meeting in person, logging into the teleconference, or sending an email to the City Clerk at cityclerk@diamondbarca.gov by 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting and indicate FOR PUBLIC COMMENT in the subject line. All submitted comments will be shared with council members, noted for the record at the meeting, and posted on the City's official agenda web page as soon as reasonably practicable.
