Submitting Public Comment
Members of the public may provide public comment by sending their comments to the Authority Clerk by email at firstname.lastname@example.org by 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please indicate “FOR PUBLIC COMMENT” in the subject line. Comments will be distributed to the Authority Directors and noted for the record at the meeting. Alternatively, public comment may be submitted during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. You have to be connected to two-way audio either by using the built-in microphone on your computer (if your system comes equipped with one) or by using your phone to dial into the meeting using one of the phone numbers provided upon log in.
This meeting will be audio-recorded and made available later on the City website at www.diamondbarca.gov/meetings.
