Meeting Location Information
Consistent with the Governor’s latest Executive Order to Stay at Home, avoid gatherings and maintain social distancing, this meeting will be conducted telephonically and Members of the Board and staff will be participating via Teleconference. There will be no physical meeting location.
How to Observe the Meeting
Members of the public who wish to listen ONLY may join the meeting by calling the conference call number. Participation information will be available on meeting agenda.
How to Submit Public Comment
Members of the public may provide public comment by sending written comments to the Authority Clerk by email at cityclerk@DiamondBarCA.gov by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please indicate in the Subject Line “FOR PUBLIC COMMENT.” Written comments will be distributed to the Authority Directors and read into the record at the meeting.
This meeting will be recorded and later made available later on the City website at www.diamondbarca.gov/meetings.
