    New initiatives or programs, and high-visibility, wide-impact projects are examples of instances that stand to benefit from a well-planned, coordinated and executed communications, marketing and/or outreach plan. Complete this form and turn in to the Public Information Division with as much advance notice as possible to allow time for collaboration, brainstorming and strategizing. The best results are achieved when the project, program or initiative is still in its conceptual stages.

  14. The requesting department/division is responsible for covering all production costs (large-format, specialty or bulk printing, binding and mailing, translating advertisement placement, event materials, giveaways not in stock, etc.)
