With spring around the corner, it is a great time for our residents and businesses to identify property upkeep needs and take advantage of the services offered by Waste Management by calling (800) 266-7551 (residential) and Valley Vista Services by calling (800) 442-6454 (multi-family/commercial).
Residents can also dispose of unwanted items during the upcoming Los Angeles County Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and E-waste Collection Event. Taking place on Saturday, March 2nd from 9am – 3pm at the Gateway Corporate Center, 1300 block of Bridge Gate Drive, this free event will accept almost all household hazardous waste including paint, fluorescent light bulbs, E-waste, batteries, used oil, pesticides and medication. In case you have not heard, Diamond Bar kicked off the new year with a comprehensive community wellness initiative, Healthy Diamond Bar, aimed at encouraging and facilitating healthy habits for residents of all ages and fitness levels. Join us for our next Connect with Rec Event – Pickleball on Saturday, February 9 from 9 – 11 a.m. This free event will be held at the Maple Hill Park, located at 1355 S Maple Hill Road, is open to all ages and fitness levels and does not require pre-registration.
