Free Used Oil Recycling Kits

Free Used Oil Recycling Kits

Did you know that motor oil doesn't wear out, it just gets dirty; it can be cleaned of contaminants and recycled indefinitely. While supplies last, the City is giving away oil recycling kits at City Hall, located at 21810 Copley Drive, to Diamond Bar residents who change their car or lawn mower oil. Each kit consists of a funnel, a sturdy reusable container and shop towels. More

Battery and Bulb Recycling at Ace

Recycling Used Bulbs and Batteries

Spent batteries and fluorescent bulbs are among the items that are considered a hazardous waste, and not suitable for disposal in the regular trash bin. A free and convenient way to recycle household batteries as well as compact bulbs and tubes is to drop them off at Ace Hardware here in town. Recycling Leftover Paint

If you find that you have leftover usable paint, you should first try to give it to a friend or neighbor, or donate to a community organization. If giving it away is not an option, take it to an approved PaintCare site. In addition to paint, these sites also accept primers, stains, sealers and clear coatings. More
