January 2023 Plan Check and Permit RevenuesThe City issued 175 building permits and received $128,479 in permit and plan check fees in January. Total revenues through the seventh month of the fiscal year reached $889,529. Permit activity thus far has outperformed the forecast at the beginning of the fiscal year, so staff is currently revising its revenue estimate for the remainder of the fiscal year as part of the midyear budget refinement process.
