The City of Diamond Bar, in partnership with Los Angeles County Health Department and Veritas Healthcare, will be hosting two COVID-19 vaccine clinics in October.
Clinics will be held at the Diamond Bar Center, located at 1600 Grand Avenue, as follows:
- Monday, October 3 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 5 from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins will be accepted as time permits and while supplies last. Available to those 6 months of age or older, the clinics will be offering first, second, and booster does of Bivalent, Moderna, and Pfizer vaccines.
Participants 15 years of age and younger, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and those age 16 and 17 must bring a signed consent form by a parent or guardian.
