Senior Excursion to SS Lane VictoryDon’t miss out on the excursion to the SS Lane Victory, an American Victory-class cargo ship and visit to the famous San Pedro Fish Market on November 2.
A nationally recognized historic landmark, the S.S. Lane Victory serves as a living museum and memorial to the service and sacrifices of the service personnel from World War II, the Korean War and Vietnam War. Experience the history of maritime heroes who once walked the same decks and passageways on the ship. After the tour, we'll grab a bite at the San Pedro Fish Market and have time for shopping. The excursion is a Level 3 so bring your walking shoes. The deadline to register is October 21 or until filled. Sign up at the Diamond Bar Center or online at www.diamondbarca.gov/recregister using keyword search VICTORY.
