Pavement Management System UpdateThe City has completed the triennial update to the Pavement Management System (PMS) report. The (PMS) provides the tools to plan and schedule pavement maintenance and rehabilitation based on existing conditions and engineering analysis. Nichols Consulting Engineers, the consultant selected to complete the update, has prepared a report with the current roadway conditions and a 5-year roadway maintenance plan that best fits the City’s annual CIP budget. The City will continue planning its future roadway projects based on the 7-year residential & collector street maintenance cycle and the recommendations provided in the PMS report.
