Disposing of Household Hazardous Waste

A typical home can contain an array of household hazardous products for cleaning, painting, and disinfecting the house. Drive-Through Collection Event
Residents may also utilize mobile, one-day collection events throughout Los Angeles County to properly dispose of HHW and electronic waste free of charge.  The first collection event of 2021 is scheduled in Diamond Bar for Saturday, March 15, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the 1300 block of Bridge Gate Drive, Diamond Bar (off the Kaiser entrance).

Due to Covid-19 precautions, please make sure that all occupants of the vehicle have a face mask on at all times. Also, because of regularly changing guidance from state health officials, collection events may be canceled or rescheduled on short notice.

Household Goods Donations

The Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) is a critical support service for returning veterans. 
The community’s generous donations of clothing and other household goods make a big difference in the lives of America's Veterans and their families. The items donated generate the majority of the funding to support local, state, and national programs of the Vietnam Veterans of America.  The VVA is in special need of clothing.
