The Fiscal Year 2020-21 adopted Diamond Bar Operating Budget uses a combination of anticipated recurring revenues and reserve funds to pay for projects, programs, and services designed at keeping City parks, facilities and roads safe, clean and attractive and adding to the quality of life of residents and visitors.
