In order to reduce in-person contact while maintaining governmental transparency during this COVID-19 pandemic, the City is complying with California Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20, issued March 17, 2020, which temporarily suspends open-meeting law provisions that require government officials and members of the public to be physically present at a specified meeting location.
Although a physical location for public attendance will not be available, community members and other interested individuals are encouraged use their phone or internet-connected computer, tablet or smartphone to listen to gavel-to-gavel coverage of the meeting and provide public comment.
