If you qualify, follow these steps to schedule your free delivery:

- A CDS coordinator will schedule a taxi service to deliver the items to your home. They will call you back to confirm the delivery has been scheduled.
Deliveries through the CDS program may only be scheduled between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, however items may be delivered any time, seven days a week. Every qualifying household is able request this serviced up to four times or 40 miles per month.
