Outstanding Volunteer Award Program

Outstanding Volunteer Award Program is Open for Nominations

Nominations are now open for the City’s Outstanding Volunteer Awards Program, and the City needs your help to identify the individuals whose positive contributions deserve to be officially recognized.

Nominees can be individuals, groups (two or more individuals who volunteer as a team), businesses or nonprofit organizations. They must live, work or go to school in Diamond Bar, and their volunteer work or acts of kindness must help improve the lives of community members.

Honorees will be recognized as part of the City’s 35th Birthday Party taking place10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, April 6 at Summitridge Park, 1600 Grand Avenue. Held every five years and considered the City’s largest community event, the City Birthday Party celebrates the anniversary of Diamond Bar’s cityhood. Diamond Bar was incorporated as a General Law City on April 18, 1989.
