New Emergency Alert System

The City recently transitioned to a new emergency alert system, AlertSense. Although subscribers from the previous system were transferred to the new platform, the City recommends that everyone take a moment to verify their contact information and confirm their notification preferences. Alerts can be delivered to landline phones and cellphones as voice messages, emails, or texts.

To update your information or sign up for alerts, visit Individuals without internet access can get assistance by calling the City’s Public Information Division at (909) 839-7055.
