City Buildings to Open for Public Access
Starting Monday, June 14, Diamond Bar City Hall and the Diamond Center will open for public access during normal operating hours. At this time, City staff will continue wearing face masks or coverings regardless of vaccination status, and visitors are strongly encouraged to do the same.
Alternatives to In-Person Visits to Remain
Individuals looking for a convenient and time-saving alternative to visiting in person can take advantage of expanded service options available through the City’s recently-implemented appointment scheduling system.
The system, available by visiting www.diamondbarca.gov/appointment, allows individuals to schedule a phone, video or in-person appointment for a variety of services ranging from building permits to picnic rentals. Appointments may be booked as soon as the same day or as far out as 12 months.
Scheduling an appointment in advance of visiting City Hall or the Diamond Bar Center is highly encouraged as walk-ins are welcome but may experience longer wait times, particularly during periods of higher demand.
