Winter Snow Fest

Winter Snow Fest2018

Bundle up and head to Pantera Park Saturday, January 11 for the once-a-year event that brings mounds of snow to Diamond Bar for sledding, playing and merriment.
Tailored for family fun, Winter Snow Fest is held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and features four sledding hills; a snow play area; crafts and games; performances by youth music, drama and dance groups; and food booths operated by local nonprofits.
Admission into the event is free, but a wristband for unlimited sledding costs $7 and participation in activities requires a $1 punch card, each good for four games or crafts. Proceeds from the event will benefit the participating nonprofits.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • There is a limit of 800 sledding wristbands that will be sold. An exclusive presale is now underway until December 6 – open only to Diamond Bar residents. Buy in person at the Diamond Bar Center, 1600 Grand Avenue, or online. Remainder tickets will be sold on the day of the event and open for purchase by the general public.
  • This is a cash-only event - Only form of payment accepted on event day is cash - $20 bills and smaller.
  • Sleds are provided; no personal sleds are permitted.
  • Children sledding or playing in the snow must wear closed toed shoes; pants, long-sleeved shirts and gloves are strongly recommended.

Pantera Park is located at 738 Pantera Drive. Free shuttle service to and from Pantera Park and the surrounding neighborhood will be available throughout event hours. For more information, call (909) 839-7070 or visit the Winter Snow Fest webpage.

12/2/19 - Winter Snow Fest was previously scheduled to take place Saturday, Dec. 7. It was rescheduled because of the heavy rain expected Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 3-4, which will leave the fields soggy and unfit for event activities.
