Copies of the preliminary Diamond Bar General Plan, Climate Action Plan and corresponding draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) are available for public review online and in person at Diamond Bar City Hall or the Diamond Bar Library, located at 21810 Copley Drive.
Residents and other members of the public are encouraged to comment on the draft EIR that analyzes the potential significant environmental effects of implementing the proposed General Plan and Climate Action Plan. Comments will be accepted until 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 31 and should be submitted to Senior Planner Grace S. Lee by email to email@example.com, mail or in person at City of Diamond Bar, Planning Division, 21810 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, CA 91765, or fax to (909) 861-3117.
Once approved, the Diamond Bar General Plan 2040 will help guide policy and decision-making on land use, public facilities and community resources and amenities. The Climate Action Plan reflects the City’s proposed land use and transportation strategy and greenhouse gas implications of various proposed General Plan’s goals and policies.
Diamond Bar City Hall and Diamond Bar Library are located at 21810 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, CA 91765. City Hall is open Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and the Library is open Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
