but you do not have the cash reserves to pay for the work, you may qualify for
a zero-interest deferred loan of up to $20,000 available through the City's
Home Improvement Program.
This federally-funded loan program is aimed at

To qualify, the property where the repairs will be made
must be a single-family detached house situated in Diamond Bar, and the
applicant must own and live in the property and have an annual household income
that that does not exceed the low- or moderate-income limits set by the Department
of Housing and Urban Development.
