Submitting Public Comment
Members of the public may provide public comment by attending the meeting in person, logging into the meeting (you must have a built-in microphone on your computer or use your phone to dial into the meeting using one of the phone numbers provided when you log into the meeting), or sending and email to the City Clerk at email@example.com by 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please indicate “FOR PUBLIC COMMENT” in the subject line. Written comments will be distributed to council members, noted for the record at the meeting, and posted as soon as reasonably possible on the City’s official agenda web page at www.diamondbarca.gov/agendas. Public comment is limited to five minutes per speaker, per agenda item, unless the mayor determines otherwise.
