City Council meeting agendas are available the Friday prior to the meeting date at www.diamondbarca.gov/agendas. See agenda for participation details.
Public participation for this meeting will be available by both in-person attendance and teleconference. Current COVID-19 safety protocols require all persons entering City facilities to wear a face covering. Members of the public may observe the meeting by telephone or online, this information will be available on the meeting agenda.
How to Submit Public Comment
Members of the public may provide public comment by sending written comments to the City Clerk by email at cityclerk@DiamondBarCA.gov by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please indicate in the Subject Line “FOR PUBLIC COMMENT.” Written comments will be distributed to the Council Members and noted for the record at the meeting. Alternatively, members of the public will be called upon one at a time during the Public Comment portion of the agenda. Speakers are limited to five minutes per agenda item, unless the Mayor determines otherwise.
This meeting will be recorded and later made available later for viewing on the City website and government access channel at www.diamondbarca.gov/meetings.Questions
