Diamond Bar Town Center Specific Plan Community Meeting

  • Provide background information.
  • Reveal the latest conceptual site plans and layouts.
  • Share street design and housing opportunities to support a livable, walkable and bikeable environment.
  • Talk about next steps in the Specific Plan development process.


About the Diamond Bar Town Center Specific Plan

The intent of the Town Center Specific Plan is to envision, encourage, and guide future private development and public improvements within the 45-acre commercial district located along both sides of Diamond Bar Boulevard between the 60 Freeway and Golden Springs Drive. This area was identified in the Diamond Bar General Plan 2040 as the preferred location for a welcoming and attractive multi-functional downtown destination with shopping, dining and housing opportunities, and public spaces for social activities and entertainment.
