Consistent with State Assembly Bill 361, members of the City Council may be present or participate telephonically. Members of the public are encouraged to participate and address the City Council during the public comment portion of the meeting either in person or via teleconference. If attending in person, please note face coverings are recommended.

How to Provide Public Comment
Public comment may be provided by attending the meeting in person, logging into the teleconference, or sending an email to the City Clerk at cityclerk@diamondbarca.gov by 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting and indicate "FOR PUBLIC COMMENT" in the subject line. All submitted comments will be shared with council members, noted for the record at the meeting, and posted on the City’s official agenda web page as soon as reasonably practicable.
