MEETING BY TELECONFERENCE ONLY

Consistent with State Assembly Bill 361, this meeting will be conducted telephonically and members of the City Council and staff will be participating via teleconference. There will be no physical meeting location for this meeting. Members of the public are encouraged to participate and address the City Council during the public comment portion of the meeting via teleconference.

How to Participate / Provide Public Comment
Public participation is available remotely (through a webinar link and/or by telephone call) by calling (631) 992-3221 and entering Access Code 798-706-962 or visit:https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/8096791955790822155. Public comment can be provided by attending the meeting in person, logging into the teleconference, or sending an email to the City Clerk at cityclerk@diamondbarca.gov by 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting and indicate "FOR PUBLIC COMMENT" in the subject line. All submitted comments will be shared with council members, noted for the record at the meeting, and posted on the City’s official agenda web page as soon as reasonably practicable.
