Or maybe you are online for an altogether different reason, and a pop-up ad of the cutest dog fills your screen and grabs your attention. Without a moment’s hesitation, you click on the website link or ad to get more details about the puppy. How can you tell if it is a legitimate posting or just a scam.

License Plate Law Going Into Effect Jan. 1 To Help With Toll Evasion ... and Crime Reduction
