The records library is an online repository of thousands of City documents. To request a document that is not currently available online, or for more information, contact the City Clerk’s Office or submit a Public Records Request or search Public Records archive (see link below).

City Council Documents
Includes meeting agendas and supporting documents, meeting minutes, ordinances and resolutions from 1989 to present
Tres Hermanos Conservation Authority Documents
Includes meeting agenda packets, minutes and resolutions from 2019 to the present. Supplemental documents including handouts, public comments and speaker cards are appended to the end of the agenda packets.
Fair Political Practices Commission Statements
Beginning January 1, 2021, AB 2151 requires local government agencies to post campaign statements and reports on their agency’s website, within 72 hours of each applicable filing deadline, if they are filed in paper format. If the final day of the 72-hour period is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the period is extended to the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday. The next campaign statement filing deadline is February 1.
