The annual birthday party, held each April at Pantera Park is the culmination of an innovative partnership between the City, community organizations, school districts, law enforcement agencies, local businesses, and non-profit service agencies.
Considered the City's largest annual event, the party celebrates the cultural diversity of the community and the red-white-and-blue "Spirit of Diamond Bar."
The event features rides, games, food, entertainment, Environmental Services area, Business showcase, Public Safety display, Heritage display area and birthday cake for everyone.

Wristbands and Activity Cards are available for purchase at event. Cash only, no bills over $20 accepted and no ATM onsite.
FREE PIN TRADING = Birthday commemorative pins available for the past twenty years. Quantities limited and not all years available. Up to two pins per person. If you trade in one pin, we'll give you one as well!

ONLINE purchases are made through the City's recreation registration system, the creation of an account is required.

Join us in celebrating 30 years of incorporation! If you are seeking a fun way to raise money for your group, why not participate as a game booth operator, carnival ride operator, or bring awareness to the community about your organization with an information booth.
The opportunity to perform on stage at the City Birthday Party is open to Diamond Bar individuals with brief pre-rehearsed solo or group performance or demonstration routine. Examples: individual or group singers, dance groups, martial arts groups, gymnastics groups, cheerleading groups, and sketch comedy. Contact the Parks and Recreation Department for details.
In conjunction with the birthday party, the City honors adults and youth for their good deeds or community service with a special award from the City Council. You may print and send in the nomination form to City Hall or make your nomination online now.
Open throughout event hours, this expo is a great way for businesses from all sectors to get exposure, and event attendees to learn about the services, products and special promotions available in the area.
