All bidders shall be responsible for verifying status of project addendums prior to submission of their bid. Since the plans and specifications obtained via the City’s website are not tracked by the City, it is the responsibility of the bidder to contact the City contact listed or to check the website for any addendums just prior to the bid opening date.
BIDDERS LIST INFORMATION
To be included on the project bidders list, contractors/vendors must request by submitting their name, company name, telephone, fax and email to the City Clerk's office at [email protected]
Unless otherwise indicated, submit all sealed bids to the Office of the City Clerk, located at 21810 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, California, 91765 by deadline. All bids will be opened and publicly read at the above mentioned address at time indicated on project bid notice.
