Facility Reservation Process

How to reserve the Diamond Bar Center. First, it is important to have to have the following information available prior to making an appointment for a tour. This will allow staff to confirm room availability and allow ample time to set your appointment date and time in advance.

  • Number of guests
  • Room desired, this may be determined by number of guests
  • Event date and alternative dates
  • Rental time, including setup and cleanup
    • Times available for reservations*
      • Sunday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 11 p.m.
      • Friday and Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - Midnight

*Requests for alternate hours require special written approval and may be subject to additional fees. Weekend rates begin at 4 p.m. on Friday to 11 p.m. on Sunday.

Facility reservations are accepted the 1st of the month, for the entire month. If the 1st is a holiday, then the next business day. Your reservation will be confirmed once you have submitted an application, paid a deposit and signed a contract.

 How far in advance can I reserve a room?

Residents and Diamond Bar based non-profits can reserve rooms up to 24 months in advance and non-residents and businesses can reserve rooms up to 20 months in advance.
