The Tres Hermanos Conservation Authority is a joint powers agency with representatives from the cities of Chino Hills, Diamond Bar, and Industry. The purpose of this Authority is to coordinate the overall conservation, maintenance and use of the property through the collaboration by its Member Agencies to protect the 2,445 Tres Hermanos Ranch.
