City Clerk's Office
The City Clerk’s office prepares agendas and records the official minutes of all City Council meetings.

City Manager's Office
Appointed by the Council, the City Manager is responsible for oversight of all City operations and delivery of public services.

The Community Development Department is charged with developing and implementing the City’s General Plan.

The Finance Department’s primary responsibilities are to safeguard the City's assets and assure financial compliance.

Human Resources
The responsibilities of the Human Resources Division include attracting and retaining highly competent and qualified employees with a commitment to responsive and excellent customer service; maintaining the City’s classification and compensation plan; and ensuring equal employment opportunities and compliance with various state and federal mandates.

Information Systems
The Information Systems Department provides ongoing technical and software support to all the departments of the City and is responsible for enhancing and managing the City’s information technology activities including the evaluation, procurement, and maintenance of computer/network systems and software.

Public Information
The Public Information Division provides information to residents and businesses about City events, programs and projects through a variety of means, including a monthly City newsletter; the City’s website; the government access cable channel DBTV; periodic surveys; promotional materials; and media relations.

Public Safety
The City of Diamond Bar's primary public safety services are provided by the County of Los Angeles and animal control services provided by the Inland Valley Humane Society.

The Public Works Department provides information on general engineering matters relating to City streets, public right-of-ways, City’s capital projects, utilities, traffic related issues, and more.
