Description: The project site comprises approximately 30.36 acres of land located at the southeast corner of Brea Canyon Road and Diamond Bar Boulevard, and owned by the Walnut Unified School District, the City of Diamond Bar, and the Los Angeles County Flood Control District.
Revised per Diamond Bar City Council direction on December 7, 2010, this proposed project seeks to establish the land use and development standards to 100 percent residential in order to facilitate the construction of 200 residential dwelling units and a minimum of two acres of usable public park area. NFL Stadium/Entertainment Development by the City of Industry & Majestic Realty

Description: The proposed NFL stadium will anchor nearly 3 million square feet of mixed-use (entertainment, retail, commercial, office) development. Also planned for the project site are up to four NFL practice fields, an NFL training facility, and sports medical clinic.
