Note: If you have a publicly listed Diamond Bar residential or business landline, you are automatically programmed to receive a voice message alert from the emergency alert system. You must create an account if you wish to receive text messages or email alerts.
About the system - Resident & Business Emergency ALERTS
Blackboard Connect is Diamond Bar's city-to-resident or city-to-business communications service. With Blackboard Connect system, City officials can send voice, text or e-mail messages to residents and businesses within minutes. This system will be used to complement our emergency preparedness procedures and to inform residents of emergency situations.
