ABOUT THE PROJECT
As a result of a federal grant secured by the City of Diamond Bar through the Safe Accountable Flexible Efficient Transportation Equity Act - a Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU), Grand Avenue will receive $1 million worth of beautification work later this year. The federal grant will enable improvements to the intersections at Diamond Bar Bouelvard and Longivew Drive, both of which are considered primary gateways into the city. The funds will provide for a combination of lanscaping, paving, lighting and public furnishing improvements.
