Karate Instructor Bishop

John Bishop - Youth & Adult Kajukenbo
In addition to teaching for Diamond Bar for the past 10 yeas, Mr. Bishop is a martial arts journalist, author, and instructor. He has practiced various martial arts for over 31 years. For the last 25 years he has practiced Kajukenbo, a Hawaiian Mixed Martial art, in which he holds a 8th degree black belt.  More information at: www.kajukenboinfo.com

 

BreauxKathy Breaux  - Masterpieces with Pencils and Pastels & Fun Acrylic Painting
After obtaining B.F.A. in Painting and Drawing from Cal-State Long Beach and a M.A. in Painting and Drawing from Cal-State Fullerton, Ms. Breaux has been teaching art and exhibiting her art for 28 years. Currently she exhibits with Southern California Artists, a professional art organization.  Her art can be viewed on the Southern California Artists website, www.southerncaliforniaartists.org.

Racquel Stephens has been teaching for 19 years, and has taught everything from elementary to the community college level. She has several teaching credentials, both elementary and high school, and a master’s degree in education.  This is her tenth year with our summer academic enrichment program, where the program has benefited many students throughout the community.

Since 1979, COG's primary goal is to take fitness and fun through the great sport of gymnastics to as many kids as possible to develop and emphasize a child's sense of well being. They are a unique gymnastic club because not only do they offer an extensive in-gym class program for boys and girls, train girls through Elite's and train US National Team Members, but have been honored as a United States National Team Training Center.

Theresa brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, health club instructor, and coporate instructor to her students. She earned her original Fitness Certification at UCLA and has continued her education with a vareity of certifications in: Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Zumba Fitness® SilverSneakers Fitness® (designed for older adults), PiYo ™, Stott Pilates™.

Cheryl Skidmore - Fun with Horses, Fun on the Farm
Cheryl Skidmore works for Fun With Horses for the past ten years. Over twenty years experience with horses and children! Teaches recreational horsemanship and safety to beginners of all ages.

 

Jessica Ying - Papercraft & Rubber Stamping

Kathy Salata is a Diamond Bar native. She earned an MBA from UC Irvine and has extensive experience in education, marketing and training with Fortune 100 companies.

 

Tina Chang - Little Tap Dancers, Hip Hop & Latin Mix Dance
Tina has performed, choreographed, and taught in Northern America and Asia with her degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Through her talents, Tina has worked with Hollywood stars like Britney Spear for her MTV series tour, Eko Superyanto for the Broadway show, Lion King, Xiaoling Yang in New York Chinese Folk Dance Company, and Liu Xing in Olympic Gymnastic Preparation Camp.

Licensed Driving Instructor, CA DMV License #2559-021.  BS in Business - Cal State Hayward.    It has been argued that driving is one of the most important skill that a person can possess in his or her lifetime.  With excellent Driver's Education, we can make a difference and assist in minimizing traffic collision involving teens.  Our course was created to provide our students with the foundation necessary in developing into a defensive driver.
 

Christine Angeli - Jewlery Fundamentals & Calligraphy in One Day
Christine Angeli is a nationally known designer, teacher, and author. She has been teaching art and craft classes for over twenty five years. She has authored 13 books with subjects ranging from floral design to rubber stamping. Christine was also a frequent guest on the Carol Duvall show for 5 years. She currently teaches classes throughout Southern California, on cruise ships, and weekend craft retreats. She also teaches children’s art classes through Fullerton School Districts “All the Arts for all the Kids” foundation, of which she is a board member.

DavisCraig Davis - Piano
Craig  has playing the piano his entire life, and is ready to share his talent with the younger musicians just starting out. He regularly performs with a group called "Forgiven" every month at local bookstores and coffee shops and is also a certified piano technician of the Piano Technicians Guild.

Francis has a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Cal State LA and has played music since he was 5 years old.  He currently teaches for the Pomona Unified School District as well as for several cities and many private students.  His resume is filled with the names of many famed actors he has perfomed with live, on television and radio shows.  Francis loves performing at restaurants and public facilities with his students.

Dora is a European and Californian credentialed teacher who is privately trained cosmetologist and make-up artist. She has over 30 years experience in teaching her craft and keeps abreast of the latest developments in skin care and art of make-up.

Founded in 2003, Andrew Todd had a desire to impact the lives of kids through sports. To make sure every program is conducted with the highest quality instruction and every child receives personal attention to help foster their growth in spirit, mind, and body. Today the program has grown from just 4 students in 2003 to over 5000 kids a year.

The founder of CREATOR’Stouch, Rochelle Breckenridge, has a passion for art, love for children, and a desire to see people discover their hidden talents. She has a fine art degree from Azusa Pacific University and fifteen years of experience in art education.  Her Art on Wheels program is bringing art classes to both children and adults in city recreational classrooms, public and private schools, and other facilities throughout the counties of Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Ventura.

Connie Lillie - Jazzercise
Connie discovered Jazzercise in 1986, about 5 months after moving to California from the Midwest.  After 10 years as a student / class manager, she became an instructor in 1996 and loves to do demonstrations because it shows that fitness comes in all sizes.  Jazzercise is fun and rewarding – why else would it be around so long!.

Annette Drumonde -Kindermusik
Annette decided to teach Kindermusik after her own children attended classes throughout their early development.  Teaching is a perfect blend of her love of children and passion for music. The fact that she can dance, sing and play with children-and call it a job!  It is the goal of her Kindermusik program to bring music education to as many young children as possible.  As a trained and licensed Kindermusik Maestro Educator with a BA in Theater Arts, a Credential and a MA in Education, she is excited to be working with your children and she knows that your children will adore sharing Kindermusik with you!

Esmeralda Gonzalez - Creative Writing & Essay Writing for Exams & Tests
Esmeralda has a story to tell and it's filled with love, loss, drama, travel, family, friends and fun.  She was born in New York but has lived all over the U.S. She enjoys telling her stories because it is a great way to leave history behind and teach others.  Esmeralda has a Masters in Education, is a Special Education teacher and a substitute teacher
