April 8, 2009 – At its regular April 7 meeting, the Diamond Bar City Council unanimously approved the proposed settlement agreement with the City of Industry.
April 3, 2009 – The proposed Settlement Agreement with the City of Industry regarding the NFL Stadium-based development project will be brought before the Diamond Bar City Council for consideration at its regular April 7 meeting. Click here to view the agenda.
March 27, 2009 - On Thursday, March 26, the Industry City Council approved a Tolling Agreement with the City of Diamond Bar, extending Diamond Bar’s right to file litigation until April 23, 2009.
At this same meeting, the Industry City Council also approved a proposed settlement agreement, which is tentatively scheduled to be considered by the Diamond Bar City Council at its regular meeting on April 7, 2009.
March 17, 2009 - The City Council authorized legal counsel to extend the period to initiate litigation to continue the process of addressing all of the City's concerns and ensuring the appropriate and legally enforceable mitigation measures are in place.
If the City is unable to reach an agreement on the proper mitigation measures with the City of Industry, the Council has authorized the initiation of litigation against the City of Industry and Majestic Realty.

Final and Draft Environmental Impact Report
Project Location: The proposed site is on the eastern boundary of the City of Industry in Los Angeles County. It is generally located along the north side of the Pomona (SR-60) Freeway and the Orange (SR-57) Freeway, and south of Valley Boulevard. Diamond Bar borders the eastern and western property line and extends the length of the property on the south side of the SR-60 Freeway. Pomona lies at the far northeastern tip of the suite and Walnut is located to the northwest. Access is provided via the Grand Avenue exit from both SR 57/60 freeways.
Project Description: The proposed NFL stadium will anchor nearly 3 million square feet of mixed-use (entertainment, retail, commercial, office) development. Also planned for the project site are up to four NFL practice fields, an NFL training facility, and sports medical clinic.
