The Home Improvement Program provides financial assistance to qualified low- and moderate-income homeowners to rehabilitate their residences.

Qualified homeowners may utilize the funds to repair: hazardous structural conditions, make modifications necessary to provide handicapped accessibility, make exterior repairs to improve the appearance of the home, and correct Municipal Code violations.

To qualify, Diamond Bar residents must own and live in their home and have an adjusted gross annual household income less than 80% of Los Angeles County median income.

Through this new program, the City of Diamond Bar looks forward to assisting residents with preserving and enhancing their neighborhoods.
